Three Sign on as Peaks Completes His Business
Andy Peaks completed his close season business this week as he makes final preparations for the game on Saturday. Three players complete the squad line up to add competition for places.
First up we are delighted to welcome Nathan Tshikuna who has signed from Royston Town. The 24 years old midfielder has also played for Norwich City, MK Dons before joining Kempston Rovers, Barton Rovers and AFC Rushden and Diamonds in July 2021. Nathan has a good goal scoring record for his previous clubs and Lambs fans have already seen evidence of this with his long-range effort against AFC Telford United. He also scored against the Lambs for Harborough, which again was another stunning strike.
23 years old Ben Acquaye joins the Lambs from Banbury United. The left sided player brings a wealth of National League experience to the club having also played for kettering Town. Ben has also played for Kempston Rovers and AFC Rushden and Diamonds. He is rated very highly by Andy peaks who believes he could be playing at a much higher level.
And finally, the one fans have been waiting for is the signing of Jamie Jellis. This one took some sorting, but we are glad to get the deal over the line. Jamie was contracted to Kings Langley so he joins for an undisclosed transfer fee. We are certainly looking forward to seeing him continue what he started last season.
