Leon Phillips Signs for the Lambs

We are delighted to announce the signing of goalkeeper Leon Phillips, who joins us from Boston United. The goalkeeper has featured in all our pre-season games and has impressed with his composed performances. Manager Andy Peaks said on confirming the signing, “It is important that we have 2 good goalkeepers on our books. Leon has impressed me with his performances and attitude and he will offer good competition to Jas.”

Leon, 21 years old, began last season with Alvechurch before spending time with Stratford Town and Boston United. He started his career at Nottingham Forest and then moved to Mansfield Town in Nov 2019. Following his release from Mansfield he signed for Kidderminster Harriers in August 2021.
