Tamworth and Redditch United meet for the 100th competitive game on Saturday at the Lamb. The game is also significant for the Lambs as they look to maintain their excellent form and formidable lead at the top of the table. A win on Saturday makes it ten successive wins not only in the league, but also in all competitions. No doubt our visitors will be going all out to prevent us from making it double figures as they are looking for the points to maintain their challenge in the play off places.

And then there is the small matter of Dan Creaney looking to increase his already impressive tally of goals as the leading scorer in English football in the top 7 divisions.

As mentioned above this is a special game between the two clubs on Saturday as it is the 100th competitive game stretching back to the first encounter played on Sat 21 April 1934.

Gift Nussa will be serving a one game suspension on Saturday having collected 5 bookings. It is hoped that Eoin McKeown and Ben Milnes will be fit to return to action for the game.
