Monday Round Up of News from the Lamb

Hinckley LRFC 0 Tamworth 4

The Lambs travelled to Hinckley LRFC for our first pre-season friendly on Saturday and secured a comfortable 4 - 0 win. The goals were scored by AJ George, Alex Bradley (2) and Eoin McKeown. A number of players from last season featured together with new signings Alex Bradley, AJ George, Kyle Finn, Liam Dolman, Matt Curley, Ben Milnes and Ty Deacon. Some players are still away on holiday and we look forward to welcoming them back to the team in future friendlies.

Next Game

Our next friendly fixture is on Saturday 9 July when Kettering Town from the National League North visit the Lamb. Kick off is at 3.00pm and we look forward to welcoming the Poppies and you can get your tickets in advance here

Congratulations go to….

We send our congratulations to Dave and Paula Clayton who were married on Saturday 25th June and are currently enjoying their honeymoon. We trust they are having a great time. Here is a picture of them on their special day captured by Dave Brown.

Our congratulations also go to Manager Andy Peaks and his wife Sarah who are currently away celebrating their delayed Honeymoon. Andy is due back this week and we look forward to seeing him back in the dugout on Saturday.
