AJ is a Lamb

Tamworth FC are delighted to welcome midfielder Adriel Jared George (known as AJ) to the Lamb.

AJ made his Football League debut for Oxford United in the 2015–16 season before being released by the club in May 2016. He moved to Mansfield Town and played for the development team while enjoying loan spells at Mickleover Sports, Hednesford Town and North Ferriby United.

Following his release from the Stags, AJ signed for National League South side Chippenham Town before moving to Oxford City in December 2019. AJ signed for Andy Peaks at AFC Rushden & Diamonds on 23 October 2021 where the 25 years old went on to make 24 appearances in all competitions scoring 1 goal.

AJ made his international debut for Antigua and Barbuda in 2016 in a Caribbean Cup Qualifying match against Aruba, where he also scored his first international goal.
