Tyrell Waite has signed for Coalville Town today on a permanent deal. The popular 28 years old striker, and current club leading scorer, has enjoyed 3 ½ seasons at the Lamb, and in that time has made 113 appearances scoring 32 gaols. He also made 3 non substitute appearances on the bench.

We would like to place on record our sincere thanks to Tyrell for all he has contributed to the club. He signed in July 2018 going on to make his debut against away at St Ives Town on 11 August 2018.

Tyrell started out at Northern Premier League outfit Ilkeston Town before he was signed by League One club Notts County after impressing manager Keith Curle during a two-week trial. He made his debut for the club on 21 August 2012, in a 2–0 win over Hartlepool United at Meadow Lane.Tyrell scored his first goal for Notts County against Coventry City on the final day of the season. He then spent two spells out on loan at Nuneaton Town and also returned on loan twice to Ilkeston, during his time at Notts County.

Tyrell was again loaned out in November 2014 to Lincoln City and following his return to Notts County both parties agreed to cancel his contract so that was able to join Lincoln City on a permanent basis, agreeing a contract until the end of the 2014-15 season.

In March 2015 he signed a two-years deal with Swedish Football Division 2 side Skellefteå FF. Spells followed at Nuneaton Town, Kidderminster Harriers and Boston United on his return to England. Whilst at Boston United, Tyrell enjoyed loan spells with Matlock Town and Stafford Rangers. He joined Tamworth after a successful pre-season trial period in 2018.

We wish Tyrell every success for the future.
