Away Day at Colne in the Buildbase FA Trophy on Saturday

Tamworth travel to Colne for a Buildbase FA Trophy First Round tie on Saturday. It will be a tough game against the Lancashire outfit who were formed in 1996 following the demise of Colne Dynamos. They started life in the North West Counties League Division 2 and have risen to the Northern Premier League West Division, just one level below the Lambs. The club are currently sitting on 10^th position in the league and reached this stage in the FA Trophy with an excellent 2- 1 away win over higher league Buxton. This will be the first ever meeting between the 2 clubs.

Should the scores be level after 90 mins, then the game will be decided with penalty kicks,
