Defender Chris Cox Signs on for New Season

Defender Chris Cox has made himself a favourite with the Lambs faithful with his solid performances, and we are delighted that he will remain in the Tamworth camp next season. In his Lambs career so far he has made 18 appearances and scored 1 goal.

Chris began his career with Coventry United and he played for the club from its formation in 2013, being named captain during 2014-15 season. He made 175 appearances and scoring 53 goals, leaving the club as a legend. He played for Stratford Town under Thomas Baillie during the 2018-19 season, joined Tamworth in August 2019 but returned to Coventry United at the start of the 2020-21 season, then making the move back to The Lamb in October 2020.
