Dan Remains a Lamb

Striker Dan Creaney has recommitted to the Lambs and we are delighted to have his services again for the forthcoming season. Since he signed in 2019 Dan has played 37 games scoring 16 goals.

Dan started his career playing for Atherstone Town, making his way through the youth ranks to the first team. In his debut season he had a very impressive return of more than a goal a game. Creaney's prowess in front of goal alerted the attentions of Bedworth United for whom he signed. Dan played for the Greenbacks for two and a half seasons, again finding the net on a regular occasion.

On 21 March 2017, he was confirmed as a Coalville Town player. In his first full season he finished as top goalscorer, however in his second season, he had an injury at the start of the campaign and then spent time away from the club on loan. He enjoyed a spell with Basford United, and with Thomas Baillie helping Stratford Town secure a play-off place in the Southern League Premier Central.

Following the completion of the loan with Stratford Town, Creaney returned to Coalville Town. He remained under contract, but signed for Tamworth on 27 June 2019.
