Dexter Walters will be a Lamb for the 2021 - 22 season. The pacey winger, who enjoyed two seasons at Coventry City, joined the Lambs at the start of last season but appearances were cut short due to the pandemic.

Dexter is a winger with lightning pace and first signed for the Lambs from Romulus in Aug 2017, having been part of their scholarship programme. Dexter played the majority of his games for the Lambs in the club’s U19s and U21s sides and was on the fringes of the Tamworth first team making 5 appearances. Mike Fowler made him one of the club’s first signing for the 2018-19 season, however, a string of impressive pre-season performances caught the attention of Coventry City who signed him on a 2 years contract in Aug 2018. He was a regular in City’s U23 side and made his debut in an EFL Trophy game against Forest Green Rovers. Dexter spent a period on loan at Leamington where he made 14 appearances. Coventry City released Dexter at the end of his contract. In total Dexter has made 10 appearances for the Lambs scoring 1 goal.
