It's Five with Forde!

Since he signed at the start of 2019-20 season, Arron Ford has given his all in the red shirt of Tamworth. His inspirational performances have earned him plenty of plaudits and to have him back at the heart of midfield will delight the Lambs faithful.

Aaron started his career with Wolverhampton Wanderers academy, before moving to neighbours Walsall. He was promoted from the academy to the first team and was given squad number 24 shirt for the 2010–11 season.

At the end of the 2010-11 season Arron moved to Hinckley United, before enjoying spells at Stourport Swifts, Redditch United, Stratford Town, Bedworth United, Halesowen Town, Sutton Coldfield Town and Rushall Olympic. Aaron joined Stourbridge in May 2017, and played for the club for two seasons, becoming a fans favourite, and proving to be an integral part of the club's midfield. He was voted the Stourbridge ‘Supporters' Player of the Year' at the end of the 2018-19 season in which the Glassboys narrowly missed out on promotion.

Since joining the Lambs he has had to endure two incomplete seasons due to the pandemic and will be hoping it will be third time lucky as he joins Tamworth's promotion charge for the new season. In the two curtailed seasons he has made 37 appearances scoring 1 goal.
