Tamworth's Number 1 Signs On!

It's a big weekend of news regarding player signings for the new season and we kick off at the back.

He has been Tamworth's number 1 since he signed in May 2018 and we are delighted that Jas Singh has committed himself for the 2021-22 season as the Lambs look to build their promotion challenge. His solid performances in goal have been appreciated by the fans and Management, and since joining the Lambs he has rocked up 90 appearances - and would have been even more had it not been for the pandemic.

Jas began his professional career playing for Shrewsbury Town, and played as understudy to former England goalkeeper Joe Hart in the club's academy, Following his release by the Shrews Jas has played at the highest level in non league including, Kidderminster Harriers, Solihull Moors, Gloucester City and AFC Telford.
