Ty was formerly with Aylesbury United and has also played for Buckingham Athletic, Leighton Town, Kempston Rovers and Aylesbury FC. He signed for AFC Rushden and Diamonds in November 2021 and followed new Tamworth manager Andy Peaks to The Lamb in the summer of 2022 and scored some important goals as part of the squad that won promotion in 2022-23, before re-signing for the National League North campaign.
